When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name and email address. We store your training preferences, goals, skill level, and training progress including completed sessions, streaks, and drill history.
We use your data to personalise your training plan, track your progress, and improve the app. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We use Supabase for data storage and authentication, Google Analytics for usage analytics, and Sentry for crash reporting.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from the Profile page inside the app.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, use the Delete Account feature in the app or contact us directly.
We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use advertising cookies.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes through the app.
